基于ANSYS的偏心蠕动式转子泵转子强度刚度计算与分析
摘要:蠕动转子是偏心蠕动式转子泵的关键零件,转子的所受应力大小,变形情况与泵的性能、效率及产品寿命密切相关。本文根据偏心蠕动机构的运动特性,分析了转子瞬时时刻的受力以及约束情况;并根据偏心蠕动式转子泵实际设计参数,计算和分析了泵排液过程中的六个工况点。基于ANSYS有限元软件,对非金属材料的聚甲醛转子强度、刚度进行数值模拟计算及分析。将为偏心蠕动式转子泵可靠性设计提供依据。

Rotor’s Intensity and Stiffness Calculation of Eccentric and Squirmy Rotor Pump Based on ANSYS

Abstract: Squirmy rotor is a key part for eccentric Squirmy Rotor Pump, the stress magnitude and deformation condition of rotor is closely related to pump’s performance, efficiency as well as its life cycle. This paper analyze instantaneous forth and constraint of the rotor according to the motion Characteristics of eccentric Squirmy mechanism. Then a numerical simulation calculation for Polyoxymethylene(POM) rotor’s Intensity and stiffness is carried out based on ANSYS finite element software which may provides the basis for reliability design of eccentric and squirmy rotor pump.
