冷凝液输送泵用铰接式单向阀流场数值模拟
摘 要: 针对冷凝液输送泵极高汽蚀性能的要求,提出了一种新型铰接式单向阀,阐述了其工作原理。并以新型铰接式进口阀为例,利用CFD软件Fluent6.1对该单向阀开启过程中的流场进行了数值模拟。通过对其水力性能的分析, 表明该阀可在极小水力损失情况下正常工作,并得到了该阀阀板前后部流体压力及速度变化规律。

Abstract: In view of condensate delivery pump extremely high cavitation performance request. wo proposed one kind of new hinge type cone-way valve and expounded the principle of its work. And wo take the new hinge type import valve as the example, by CFD software Fluent6.1 we get the numerical simulation of the flow field when it open. Through its analysis of hydraulic performance, the cone-way valve can work well when hydraulic loss is very small, and we can get the change rule of the fluid pressure and the speed .
