英国GRIMM格林进口纸浆泵概述：
进口纸浆泵是在GRZ型泵基础上，消化吸收英国格林先进技术，结合造纸行业而设计的一种更新换代产品，符合制浆、造纸工艺要求，主要事实6%以下浓度，还可用于输送糖浆、淀粉、化学浆料、工业污水等。
英国GRIMM格林进口纸浆泵结构特点：
1、该泵为后开门结构，维修时不必拆卸管路。
2、泵的进出口法兰按1.6MPa压力设计。
3、叶轮采用三叶片(或六叶片)，敞开式叶轮，效率很高且不要轴向推力补偿，易于维修，堵塞机会低。
4、泵轴由使用油润滑的，重载耐磨擦的，进口SKF圆柱滚子 轴承和径向推力球轴承(角接触球轴承)组合支承。圆柱滚子轴承安装在泵端，径向推力球轴承则面对面安装在传动端 。
5、轴封主要有副叶轮动态密封、单端面机械密封、双端面机械密封、填料密封，用户可根据要求和实际使用工况选用。
6、叶轮采用石蜡精密铸造并作动平衡效验。

Imported pulp pump is GRZ type pump based on the digestion and absorption of the British Green advanced technology, a new product with papermaking industry and design, to meet the requirements of pulping and papermaking process, mainly in 6% following concentration, but also can be used for conveying syrup, starch, sizing chemicals, industrial wastewater etc..

3. The impeller adopts three leaf (or six blade), open impeller, high efficiency, and no axial thrust compensation, easy maintenance, low blocking opportunities.
4.Pump shaft by oil lubrication, heavy-duty wear-resistant, imported SKF cylindrical roller bearings and radial thrust ball bearings (angular contact ball bearings) composite support. The cylindrical roller bearings are installed at the pump end, and the radial thrust ball bearings are mounted face to face at the drive end.
5. The main shaft seal impeller dynamic seal, single end mechanical seal, double end mechanical seal, packing seal, the user can according to the requirements and actual use conditions selection.
