Main Accountabilities:
1. Manage project multi-disciplinary teams according to targets (time, technical performance, cost, quality, etc.). Organize project meetings to lead and control project activities according to WILO guide line.
2. Coordinate sites (PBUs, Group EM, Group RT) in following simultaneous engineering spirit. Share the targets and the way to proceed (work program) within the complete team. Support team members’ activities, Control project status, decide arbitrate when necessary to achieve the given targets.
3. Report in front of PBU/Division/COO leaders through KPI (key project indicators) calculations and risk management tools. Indicate to management when decisions/arbitrages are necessary at upper levels.
4. Participate to projects products portfolios definitions and to the associated individual targets assignations.
5. Contribute to project guide line updates.
6. Take part to budget calculations and support economical vision calculations.
7. A junior project manager, according to WILO rankings will mainly drive “daily business” or S (=small / PBU Level) projects whereas a Senior project manager will mainly lead M (=medium / Division Level) or L (=large / Group level) projects.
Requirements:
1. Degree in Engineering (or Economy) depending on project context (others possible)

4. Experience in managing international projects
